All of our files are hosted on the Amazon S3 network which is the fastest in the world. If you are experiencing slow download speeds it will be due to a factor on your end. Please try to install to a different hard drive (some drives can have a slow write speed), try using a different browser and try using a wired instead of wireless connection. Also check with your ISP to see if they are limiting your download speeds for the Amazon S3 network.

Your order confirmation email contains a Pulse redemption key. Please copy this key, then open the Pulse app, login and add the key to begin downloading your product.

If your key doesn’t fit Native Access then it is not a Kontakt Player key and should not be added via Native Access. Instead you should open your library by using the “Files” tab in Kontakt (full version, not Player) and locating your files in there.
