We aimed to capture both this, and the rest of the amazing range of sound the piano has to offer, making sure to also record it’s enourmous dynamic range, which resulted in dynamic layers up to 76 in this instrument.
There are two available, mixable mic positions – close, and stage, to create your desired sound.
Samples are 24 Bit 96000 Hz WAV files compressed to Native Instruments’ .ncw format.
